Overview

We’ve been part of Carlsberg Group’s journey in bringing their culture to life through media production across key local and global initiatives. From capturing the Global People & Culture Conference, Elevate One Team Event, Health & Safety Week 2025, the Asia Digital Partnership Acceleration Program to hosting EU Ministers during Denmark’s EU Presidency and more. We worked across stills and video to bring forward the people who are the embodiment of Carlsberg’s vision.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The People & Culture Conference is Carlsberg’s internal summit for connecting its global people and HR leadership — a convergence of vision, values, and storytelling. Through immersive sessions, shared narratives, and bold creative production, it becomes a cultural touchpoint for the company’s identity and all HR stakeholders.

The result

We produced a range of video content from the conference, including employee interviews and coverage of the two-day program shared across Carlsberg’s global People & Culture teams, alongside shorter, social-friendly pieces designed for internal channels. The goal was to bring people from around the world together—to experience Copenhagen, exchange knowledge, and continue shaping Carlsberg’s culture.
