Overview
Center Air Pilot Academy is Denmark’s leading flight school, with over 30 years of experience in pilot education. Based in Roskilde, they’ve been training pilots for some of Scandinavia’s most prominent airlines such as SAS and preparing them to fly commercial aircrafts like Boeing or Airbus.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
We’ve helped CAPA document their operations, culture, and pilot training with a strong focus not only on student life, but also on the everyday work and atmosphere among instructors, inviting more professionals to join their team.
The result
We produced a series of videos covering employee and student interviews, daily activities at the academy, classroom sessions, and behind-the-scenes operations. We brought students and instructors together in a content that would resonate both internally as well as externally, including campaigns.
